Well, first off, it’s capable of holding up to 8 gallons of liquid and can make up to 6 gallons of beer. Now that’s heavy duty.
It has this digital screen that’s quite wide and easy to see.
But what’s interesting….
…is how this screen is positioned. I was so used to the control panels in brewing systems being positioned near its foot and bending down just to read what it said.
This one was positioned near the top and I found that very convenient and much easier to use.
Made of high grade 304 stainless steel, this all in one brewing system is non corrosive and easy to clean…this grade of stainless steel really is, just perfect for brewing up very hot liquid all the time.
It also has a recipe creator which you can access through its Grainfather Connect App. You can either select from pre-existing recipes online or save your own settings and sync it with the app so that you won’t have to do it again the next brew day.
But wait, there’s more.
You can even access the unit via Bluetooth connection and it’ll allow you to leave your wort while it brews so you can multitask or just relax while waiting. It’ll alert you when it’s time for the next step.
Another nice component is the 6watt magnetic pump. It’s been fitted to recirculate your wort through the unit’s grainbed for a more consistent brew.
